These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Surveo.io ("Surveo", "we", "us", "our"), including our website, dashboard, APIs, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Company Information

The Service

Surveo provides tools to create and manage surveys, collect responses, send email invitations, and analyze feedback. The Service includes survey creation, public links, invitation tracking, campaigns, reporting, API access, webhooks, and optional AI features where enabled.

Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials, including API keys. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately.

Customer Content and Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or send using the Service ("Customer Content"), including survey questions, invitation emails, metadata, and collected responses. You represent that you have all rights and permissions required to collect, use, and process any personal data through the Service, including sending invitation emails to recipients.

Acceptable Use

• Do not send spam or unsolicited email invitations.
• Do not violate applicable laws, including data protection and marketing laws.
• Do not collect sensitive personal data without a lawful basis and safeguards.
• Do not interfere with or abuse the Service or its security.

Email Invitations and Deliverability

Email invitations are sent via third-party email infrastructure. We track sent, delivered, opened, and clicked events when supported by the provider. Delivery is not guaranteed. You are responsible for ensuring you have consent or another lawful basis to email recipients.

AI Features

AI features are optional and may be enabled per organization. Outputs are provided "as-is" and should be reviewed before use. You remain responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs.

Subscriptions, Limits, and Billing

Access to features (including email invitations, integrations, and AI) depends on your subscription plan and usage limits. Billing terms, prices, and plan limits are displayed in the billing section of the Service. We may update plans and limits from time to time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless required by law to apply earlier.

Data Protection and GDPR

You are typically the data controller for survey data; Surveo acts as a data processor on your behalf. We process Customer Content only to provide and improve the Service and to comply with legal obligations.

If you or your respondents want to access, delete, or otherwise exercise GDPR rights, requests must be sent to hello@surveo.io. Please include the account email, organization name, and details of the request so we can verify identity and locate data.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no system is perfectly secure, and you use the Service at your own risk.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends, and data may be deleted as described in the GDPR section above.

Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Surveo disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on our website and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
